Age Requirement
The minimum age to register and take part in gaming activities on nnokc is 21. This platform is operated exclusively for users aged 21 and above. nnokc may request a valid form of identification at any time to verify age.

- Registering with a false age will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
Geographic Restrictions

Multiple Account Restriction
Each individual may open only one nnokc account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
When opening an account with nnokc, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete. nnokc reserves the right to cancel any account where false or incomplete information has been provided.

Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone who is not authorised. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
KYC Verification
nnokc follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to ensure the security of its platform. nnokc may request documents to verify your identity in cases involving large withdrawal amounts or suspicious activity. Failure to submit the required documents in time may delay the withdrawal process.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on nnokc is ৳200. Deposits can be made using the following methods:

Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount on nnokc is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
- Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn.
- nnokc reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal request for investigation.
Currency and Conversion
nnokc processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.
Welcome Bonus
nnokc offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, the first deposit amount must be at least ৳200.
Bonus Wagering
Any bonus or winnings earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times.
- If wagering is not completed within the designated time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Some games may not contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement — details will be stated on the promotions page.
- The maximum bet amount when using a bonus balance may be limited.
General Promotion Terms
- Each promotion has its own separate terms and conditions, which are published on the promotions page.
- nnokc reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a promotion is misused or its terms are violated.
- Only one bonus can be active at a time.
- nnokc reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
VIP Program
The nnokc VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP promotions are based on criteria set by nnokc. Separate terms and conditions apply to VIP cashback benefits.
All games operated on the nnokc platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely impartial outcomes.
Betting Rules
- A bet that has been placed cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit.
- In the case of an incomplete game due to a technical error, nnokc will take appropriate action.
- nnokc reserves the right to void any abnormal payout resulting from a software error or display malfunction.
Cricket and Sports Betting
The following terms apply when betting on cricket, rugby and other sports events:
- Bets placed before a match begins will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets may be refunded — specific terms apply.
- For live betting, real-time odds apply and may change rapidly.
- If betting fraud or match-fixing is suspected, nnokc reserves the right to investigate the bets in question.
Live Casino
Games in the nnokc Live Casino section are conducted with real dealers. If a technical disconnection occurs during a live session, the result will be determined based on the last confirmed game state.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nnokc platform. If any such violation is detected, the account will be immediately cancelled and legal action will be taken where applicable:
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Using bots, scripts or automated software to conduct gameplay
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
- Following a deliberate method designed to exploit bonus benefits unfairly ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse")
- Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards nnokc's platform or staff
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players

Voluntary Account Closure
You may request to close your nnokc account at any time. Before closing your account, please request a withdrawal of any remaining balance and ensure all active bonus conditions have been met.
Account Termination by nnokc
nnokc reserves the right to terminate an account in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or misleading information
- Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud
- Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
- Being identified as an underage user
nnokc reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
For significant changes, we will attempt to notify you at your registered email address or on the platform. However, if you continue using the platform after such changes, even without having received a notice, you will be considered to have automatically accepted the new terms.
